Many countries have reduced flights because of COVID-19, your packages maybe take longer to deliver as normal, but we will do our best to ship your order earlier. We beg for your understanding.

YOD Fashion ship products to countries around the globe. And it generally take three-to-five weeks to arrive at their destinations in Western countries by standard shipping. This timeframe begins from the time that a product is delivered to the carrier service by our merchants. Because we work with a number of different merchants, it is typical for items ordered from multiple merchants to arrive at their destinations separately.
Express shipping is available at an elevated cost for customers who wish to receive their items on an urgent basis.

After successful payment, your order will be prepared for shipment and the goods will be sent in due time. Mostly, the shipment process will complete in 7 business days. The order status in your account, then, will change to "Fullfilled".
If your order has not been sent out within 7 days, please contact us. Then, we will advise the expected time of dispatch.
When your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking information. Alternatively, you can login to your Account, find the order, and check the order status.

2. Fulfilled: Your order has been shipped. You may check the tracking status and wait for the delivery.

When you view a product page, the estimated delivery time is shown. According to our past experience, the majority of the packages will be delivered within the estimated delivery time.
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or there is no tracking information, or package is returned to seller/hold in customs/shipped to wrong address, please contact us.
